1. Introduction

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement. Access to the HD777 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator's terms and license jurisdiction. HD777 does not target minors. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not access or use this Platform.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Users are solely responsible for verifying that accessing online gaming information and participating in gambling services is lawful in their country, state or territory. HD777 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate, lawful or available for use in all jurisdictions. 5. Platform Use

5.1 HD777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

5.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from HD777, except as permitted under applicable law.

• Use the Platform in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other legal rights of HD777 or any third party;
• Attempt to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or access control mechanism implemented on the Platform.

HD777 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this Section and to take any appropriate action, including suspension of access, reporting to relevant authorities and pursuing legal remedies.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software — is the property of HD777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 The HD777 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use HD777's trademarks, logos or branding without prior written permission.

7.3 Third-party brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, and sports organisations or leagues — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform is for contextual reference only and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or partnership with HD777.

8. Disclaimers
